Court representation

Overview

We have expertise in the ability to effectively negotiate with the other party where appropriate in order to secure your position in terms of costs if it is necessary for the matter to proceed to a hearing, and potentially avoid the need for the time and expense of litigation.

Where litigation is necessary our experienced litigators represent clients in a range of different matters across all jurisdictions from the Local, District and Supreme Court to proceedings before the Federal and High Court of Australia. Our service areas include:

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including proceedings before the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) litigation including consumer claims and construction disputes;
  • Leasing disputes;
  • Building & council disputes;
  • Partnership and company disputes;
  • Commercial and corporate litigation; and
  • Bankruptcy and Insolvency
