    Sea Chen is the Chief Representative of Oxcom Legal's Beijing office. Sea specializes in commercial litigation, including complex discovery, depositions/cross-examinations, expert and witness preparation, pleadings and motions, settlement, courtroom argument and trial work. 

Sea also has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Sea has represented Chinese financial groups, listed companies, private equity, and venture capital clients in various complex legal proceedings. Prior to attending law school, Sea spent several years working as a chief operating officer in a financial group, which allows Sea to well understand client’s needs.
